At The Olive Press we offer bed and breakfast for two people. We are conveniently situated nearly half way along The Corfu Trail, which passes our doorstep. Stay with us for one night as you walk the Corfu Trail or stay with us for your entire walk. We will make sure that you reach your start point each morning, and can collect you at the end of your walking day. We can even provide you with a (human) guide if you wish.
Comfortable twin room, en suite.
Rest in our spacious twin room, which boasts very comfortable beds, and enjoy the tranquility of a mountain village. In the morning unfurl with the sun as you breakfast in the courtyard and relish the riotous bird song. (Ralph is optional)!

Refresh in the en suite shower room: fluffy white towels, basic toiletries and a hair dryer are all provided.

The taxi rank is located outside the terminal building and the fare to Dafnata, Stavros is about 30 euros. We may be able to pick you up by arrangement. Email or telephone us at least a day or two before your arrival: if we can pick you up, we will.
Cars can be hired from Corfu airport and the Corfu Port. Green buses travel throughout the island. Dafnata, Stavros lies on the B13 Strongili bus route.
Your host, Richard Simpson, guides walkers along all or part of the Corfu Trail. He will be delighted to talk to you about the type of walks that you would like to do.
Kostas at Stavros is a few steps away from our front door. There are also lovely tavernas with fabulous views in the villages a few kilometres away.
The nearest beach is just down the hill in Benitses. The very beautiful Agios Gordios is 10 km away and Halikounas is 18 km distant.
You might like to go sailing or horse riding. If you let us know what you would like to do, we can seek to arrange it for you.
